Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail/store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and customer service.
• Support merchandising, stockroom, and floor organization.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Open/close procedures and ensure store safety and policy compliance.
• Train and develop store associates.
• Protect assets and ensure adherence to company procedures.
