Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Lead customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in merchandise flow from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention activities.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Train and develop Store Associates and supervise staff.
