Job summary

You will recruit, train and coach the team, lead by example on service, merchandising and scheduling, and ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies in a fast-paced, in-store environment. This is an in-person role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgment and business intuition.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
