You will coach and develop a diverse store team, lead hiring and training efforts, and maintain operating excellence across scheduling, inventory, and in-store presentation to uphold brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop store teams.

• Proficient with POS systems and standard software.
• Organizational and time-management competencies.
