Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Eastpointe location. The role focuses on daily tasks, merchandising, and leadership of store associates to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You will help manage opening/closing, assist in ordering, loss prevention, and maintain store standards while upholding safety policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Retail store management experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and stocking.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
