Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Destin, FL to help run store operations, enhance customer service, and develop the team. The role includes supervising daily activities, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean, safe store.

You will assist in payroll and scheduling, support loss prevention, and help maintain promotional displays while upholding company policies and standards. A strong shopper-focused attitude and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
