The role focuses on coaching teams, recruiting and training staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across daily store operations.

You will lead with a customer-centric approach, foster an inclusive environment, and ensure adherence to company standards while managing performance and daily routines on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain a high level of performance and engagement.
• Ensure store schedules are accurate and staffing aligns with business needs.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to maximize opportunities.
• Support the implementation of store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, and branding.
