Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach the team, recruit and train staff, and ensure a high quality customer experience across shifts.

You will lead by example, execute company directives, and maintain brand standards while promoting inclusion and a positive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop store teams.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store team members.
• Coach in real time to improve performance and customer experience.
• Ensure schedules, operations and branding initiatives run smoothly.
• Create an inclusive, engaging store environment and communicate priorities clearly.
