Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar store leadership role.
• Ability to operate POS and in-store computer systems with confidence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute plans to improve employee productivity and performance.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Coach staff daily to meet performance standards.
