Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a Subway location. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met.

You’ll step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role offers a flexible schedule, health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and a potential monthly bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver and model exceptional customer service.
• Train and support team on food prep, safety, and service.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and equipment.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste.
• Control labor, food cost, and expenses to meet budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.
• Support deli or QSR operations as needed.
