Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Oxford, Michigan to support store operations, assist customers, and help develop the store team. You will participate in opening/closing procedures, supervise associates, maintain inventory and displays, and uphold company policies.

This part-time role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will assist with payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention, while keeping the sales floor neat

• Must be able to read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
• Protect store assets including cash and policy adherence.
• Train and develop Store Associates and supervise staff.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and employees.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
