Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and deliver legendary service across the store areas (front, floor, fitting rooms, register).
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; support Store Manager in leadership duties.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, pricing, and Loss Prevention compliance.
• Plan and execute sales goals with Store Manager and Leadership Team.
• Demonstrate ownership of store performance and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates to maintain high standards.
