Job summary

The Good Feet Store in Charlotte, NC is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead a customer-focused sales team. You will guide fittings, engage clients, and help improve store performance while living our mission to change lives.

This full-time role includes pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 with base salary, commissions, and uncapped bonuses; plus 401k match, health benefits, PTO, sick time, and employee discounts. Training is provided to develop leadership and product expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team/people leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales ability to drive store performance.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Comfortable with flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service and assist with arch support fittings.
