The Good Feet Store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Media, PA who leads with purpose and delivers solutions that improve customers’ lives. You will guide a sales team, coach staff, and ensure top-tier service while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience increasing sales by meeting or exceeding goals.
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer-facing business.
• Active participant in sales rotation with the team.
• Empathetic approach to solving people’s problems and leading by example.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Teams and Excel.
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule incl. weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
• Coach and develop sales staff to achieve targets.
• Build rapport with customers and educate on arch support benefits.
• Model company values and drive a culture of care and performance.
