Job summary

Buckle is hiring for an Assistant Manager in training in Kokomo, Indiana. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, lead and train Teammates, and manage merchandising, cashiering, and store operations.

The role includes preparing, coaching, and stepping in when the Store Manager is absent to ensure an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing a positive floor culture, and maintaining visual standards and customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and teammates.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while achieving sales goals.
• Lead and develop Teammates, including recruitment and training in cashiering, merchandising, and store procedures.
• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and act in leadership during absences.
• Plan and drive sales goals, optimize product presentation, and manage POS procedures.
