Responsibilities

• Deliver Sales Associate training with product knowledge and benefits of the assortment.
• Provide leadership to build sales generation and store operations.
• Plan and improve EBITDA by creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Develop a strategy with Store Leader to increase sales and guest loyalty.
• Recruit and train team members for open positions.
• Handle store opening, closing, and banking activities.
