Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Assist in setting team member goals and providing feedback.
• Participate in the hiring process and evaluate candidates.
• Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed correctly.
