Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to operate a computer, stand and walk for long periods.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Help recruit, train, and develop store staff; reinforce company standards.
• Support scheduling to maintain proper coverage and customer service levels.
• Ensure store is visually set to brand standards and executes marketing initiatives.
• Use store reports to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Lead by example and provide enthusiastic coaching to team.
