Qualifications

• Assistant Manager Certification is necessary.
• RSS Certification required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification is desired.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in sales and store operations.
• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring and training team members.
• Manage store during the Store Manager’s absence.
