Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting manager in Store Manager's absence.
• Support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to staff and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain awareness of inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure exceptional customer service per policy manuals.
• Deliver extraordinary service to customers entering the store and during peak times.
• Promote and sell Hibbett merchandise and services.
• Uphold all store policies, procedures, and standards across manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information; flag potential fraud risks.
