Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Oklahoma City is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations, open/close routines, supervise sales floor and stockroom, and ensure outstanding customer service while driving sales.

You will manage staffing, payroll, and training for non-management staff, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and support omni-channel orders, embodying the brand and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus; knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; team building and coaching ability.
• Take initiative and demonstrate confidence; balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
