Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team and drive daily store performance in a Michigan location. You will lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage inventory and merchandising to reinforce Skechers’ brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, enforcing visual displays, coordinating stock, scheduling, and promoting revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal form.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays meet Skechers' standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restock efficiently.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
