Job summary

The Assistant Store Manager at Skechers leads a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals in our Lincoln store. You will mentor staff, optimize visual merchandising, manage inventory and store operations, and contribute to profitability through effective leadership and performance coaching.

Flexibility for weekends and holidays, a high school diploma (or equivalent) and strong communication are preferred.
