Qualifications

• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Strong command of English for written & oral communication.

• Demonstrated high-level selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPIs: sales, conversion, customer count, NPS, and traffic.
• Understands retail market and competition to drive store results.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales & profit.
• Partners with Store Manager to lead & develop the team.
• Delivers constructive feedback and supports employee development.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors.
• Promotes policy compliance across store.
• Performs administrative duties as needed.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights & weekends.
