Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Handle store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments when needed.
• Support inventory management, sales trends, and profitability across departments.
• Promote and sell Hibbett I City Gear services and merchandise.
