Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department duties are completed and standards met.
• Maintain customer service excellence per manuals and policies.
