Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service and English fluency.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; basic mathematical calculations used in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity.
• Assist in analysis of store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensure scheduling meets business objectives and compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt Associates; oversee payroll processes.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention awareness, and store cleanliness.
• Provide customer service excellence at registers, service desks and floor.
