You will train staff, manage tasks, and safeguard store assets while promoting merchandise and services. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to drive store performance.

Formación

• Retail experience in footwear/apparel is preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with multi-tasking ability.
• Team player with passion for outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and ensuring merchandising, restocking, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruitment, training and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to fulfill department responsibilities and maintain standards.
• Keep leadership informed on inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained and support the store goals.
