JOE & THE JUICE in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure peak performance, and uphold market-specific policies, cleanliness and compliance.

You’ll lead a team, drive guest experiences, manage stock and safety, and help hit KPIs while growing into a people-centered leader within our fast-paced, music-filled environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in team supervision and daily store operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in alignment with company principles and store goals.
• Coach and train staff to improve engagement and performance.
