Job summary

Dollar Tree in Wilburton, OK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily duties, support the Store Manager, and ensure a clean, well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

You will train and supervise Store Associates, enforce company policies, manage opening/closing procedures, and help organize merchandise while maintaining safety and a respectful environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain fixtures, and support cash handling and loss prevention.
• Train and supervise Store Associates and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
