Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the GM in delivering best-in-class customer service and efficient store operations. You will oversee operations or customer service duties, drive sales, manage staff, and maintain merchandising standards in a high-activity retail nursery environment.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and safeguard assets while ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences in all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations.
• At least 1 year in supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in a nursery, landscaping, or related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a full-service retail operation ensuring sales and profitability.
• Own assigned Operations or Customer Service duties and responsibilities.
• Train and develop store management and personnel in all aspects of the business.
