Majors Management in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, coach and develop a team, and drive sales while delivering a superior guest experience. In this role you will implement company objectives, manage scheduling, monitor performance, and work with the Store Manager to forecast trends and maintain a well-organized, process-driven retail environment.

Qualifications
