Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in an Assistant Store Manager role.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed and learns about their needs and lifestyle.
• Assist Store Manager by helping meet sales plans while monitoring service, inventory, and expenses.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert for apparel, including private labels and name brands.
• Coach and train the sales team on selling skills and procedures.
