The role emphasizes relationship building and maintaining a clean, inviting store atmosphere.

You will rotate day, evening, and weekend shifts while driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
