Nouria is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager and team across daily operations at our Gorham location. The role demands a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle.
• Basic reading, writing and accounting skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager and other team members.
• Completes daily store operational requirements in manager\'s absence.
• Maintains operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
• Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues in relation to store operations and employee relations.
