Job summary

Nouria is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager and team across daily operations at our Gorham location. The role demands a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills to drive performance.

Responsibilities include managing inventories, enforcing policies, and communicating with colleagues about business performance and new initiatives. Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle.
• Basic reading, writing and accounting skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
