Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation, a multi-location convenience store operator in New England, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, mentor team members, and deliver fast, friendly service to customers.

You will assist the Store Manager, help train staff, manage shifts, stock and cash handling, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience across all hours. This role requires retail experience and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail.
• General computer knowledge required.
• Read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Able to stand and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the store.
• Mentor team members to provide fast and friendly service.
