Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store, driving engagement, executing promotional strategies, and shaping the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage a busy store.
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
