Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Previous leadership experience in customer service is necessary.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to lift 55 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in running the convenience store and retail fuel site.
• Supervise and assist store associates in daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Create and submit daily store reports and monitor P&Ls.
• Implement and maintain health & safety procedures.
