Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail store management is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates.
• Maintain clean and organized store and stockrooms.
• Protect store assets and comply with company policies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and loss prevention measures.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Contribute to promotional displays and fixtures.
