Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Store management experience in retail/grocery/drug store preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Assist in organizing and stocking merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and ensure store operations compliance
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness
• Assist in ordering, returns, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
• Protect store assets and ensure safety policies are followed
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper sanitation of restrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned by management
