Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Randolph location. You will assist with daily tasks, help customers, and organize merchandise from delivery to floor while maintaining standards.

The role emphasizes leadership of store associates, training, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Part-time schedule supported by benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Experience in retail store management is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and payroll/scheduling duties.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets including cash.
• Develop and train Store Associates and supervise as needed.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with customers and teammates.
