Catalyst Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Plano, TX to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and drive sales while developing and engaging associates and customers daily.

You will lead by example, collaborate with the Store Manager, and manage priorities to keep the branch thriving, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Formación

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members who are committed to creating a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
