Catalyst Brands in Allen, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building a results-driven team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help run daily store operations and maintain an appealing environment.

You will lead with energy, engage customers, mentor staff, and uphold standards for merchandising and service. The role requires flexibility, strong selling skills, and the ability to adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members who are committed to delivering a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Support merchandising and operations standards across the store.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive growth.
• Remain composed under challenges and in unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and manage duties when the Store Manager is absent.
