About the Role

We are seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance with over 2,000 locations. Stonebriar Auto Services is a rapidly growing franchise committed to career development.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. Responsibilities include ensuring operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while fostering an energetic and fun work environment.

This role may require performing functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Technicians due to business needs, absences, or other factors. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required. If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience, we can train you. A valid driver's license is required.
