We're seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
2. Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
3. Create an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
4. Perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
