About the Role

We are seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. As a member of the management team, you will provide leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction, while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate team members to meet store goals.
2. Provide training and safety guidance.
3. Perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics as needed.
4. Ensure store operations comply with company standards.

Qualifications

1. Previous vehicle maintenance experience preferred but not required.
2. Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience is desirable.
3. Valid driver's license is required.
