Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, upholding standards, and leading a high-performing team in a busy jewelry retail environment.

You will train staff, manage daily operations, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting the goal of promotion from within. This role offers opportunities for growth and rewards based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
