Tommy Bahama is seeking a store leader to drive guest service and brand standards in our Plano location. You will mentor a team, uphold sales goals, and create an aloha-inspired environment that delivers world-class service and memorable shopping experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching and development of Retail Team Members, planning and execution of merchandising strategies, and analyzing performance to identify opportunities for growth while ensuring seamless store

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years management team supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Natural collaborator with ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities for merchandising and presentation adjustments.
• College Degree in Business or a related degree.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to motivate the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests across store operations.
• Drive sales through effective planning, execution, and store process improvements with the Store Manager.
