Tommy Bahama is seeking a store leader to guide a team in delivering world-class service and island-inspired style. You will drive guest engagement, coach associates, and maintain brand standards across merchandising, visuals, and operations to take our guests someplace great.

This role involves hiring and developing top talent, leading with aloha, and ensuring consistency of the Tommy Bahama experience, including flexible hours, weekend coverage, and a collaborative, results-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail experience with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Get things done mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural collaborator with initiative.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
